Vespermesh

Privacy policy

Effective 30 September 2026

Who we are

Vespermesh is operated by Elliot Willis trading as Vespermesh, ABN 48 786 160 143, in Queensland, Australia. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints, email hello@vespermesh.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers our website, support enquiries and controlled demonstration. The paid document-conversion service is being prepared: public document uploads and live purchasing are not currently available. Before accepting a customer document, we will explain its specific processing arrangements and update this policy where needed.

Information we collect and why

You can browse public pages without a demonstration account. If you choose not to provide information needed to answer an enquiry or deliver a service, we may be unable to do so.

Documents and AI

Do not submit personal, sensitive or confidential documents at present. Customer document intake is not open. Before any agreed conversion, we will confirm permission to process the document, who will process it, the supported content, storage and deletion arrangements, and how the result is delivered. A download expiry is not a promise that every stored copy is deleted at that time.

The controlled demonstration may use a model provider to choose among offers using task metadata and terms. Its fixed input document is not sent to that model. We will identify any proposed AI processing of customer content before accepting that content; this notice does not authorise it.

Payments

Our planned paid service will use Stripe-hosted checkout. When enabled, Stripe will collect payment information directly and Vespermesh will receive the payment references and status needed to manage the order, receipts, cancellations and refunds. Do not send card details by email or include them in documents or agent messages. Stripe explains its own handling of information in its privacy policy. Publishing this policy does not enable payments.

Providers and sharing

We use Vercel for website hosting, Neon for database services, Render for controlled conversion-worker hosting, and Google Workspace for support email. Information is shared with providers as needed for those functions. Authorised operators can access information needed to provide support and operate the service. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We do not sell personal information or use customer documents for advertising.

Our operator is in Australia. Infrastructure, email and support providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We do not promise Australian-only storage. The specific providers and locations for customer document processing will be confirmed before intake.

Cookies and security

Restricted demonstration areas use session cookies to keep authorised users signed in and enforce access controls. Public pages do not require that sign-in. Our application does not include advertising trackers; hosting providers may use technical information for security and service operation. We use HTTPS, restricted access and scoped credentials to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain support correspondence and operational records for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. These records do not currently have a single automatic deletion period. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention schedules. Contact us to request deletion; we will explain any information that needs to be retained and why. Customer document retention and deletion periods will be agreed before we accept documents.

Your requests and complaints

Email hello@vespermesh.com to ask what information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. Describe your request without sending identity documents or other sensitive information. We may ask for proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why. If you remain dissatisfied, you can seek guidance about available complaint avenues from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Updates

We will publish changes on this page and update its effective date. Material changes to an agreed service’s document handling will be explained before the changed processing begins.
